1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "64ph" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at 64ph.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services.

- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing 64ph's gaming operations.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 64ph platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 64ph platform and close your account if one has been created.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 64ph complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 64ph does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
3.3 Registration Requirements
To register a 64ph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active 64ph account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
4. Account Management
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 64ph account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You agree to notify 64ph immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before 64ph processes any withdrawal from your account, you are required to complete identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, or UMID). This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines. 64ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
4.3 Account Dormancy
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 64ph will provide notification via the registered email address. Dormant account balances are preserved but may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee in accordance with the fee schedule in force at the time of dormancy, as permitted under applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
64ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 64ph does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider's terms and any applicable transfer fees remain your responsibility.
5.2 Minimum Transactions
The minimum deposit to a 64ph account is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and player verification level, and are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed by 64ph within a target timeframe of ten (10) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transfers. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the receiving institution. 64ph does not guarantee withdrawal timeframes where delays arise from payment processing intermediaries or Philippine banking system schedules.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering
64ph is required under PAGCOR licensing conditions to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. 6. Betting Rules
All bets placed on 64ph — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or bingo — are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these General Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that product.
64ph reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds display has occurred. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
Sports Betting Note: 64ph sports betting odds are quoted in decimal format in Philippine Pesos. Live in-play bets are subject to suspended markets during technical interruptions to event data feeds. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by 64ph are subject to the specific wagering requirements and conditions stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
7.2 Bonus Abuse
64ph reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to fulfill wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
7.3 Expiry
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds that have not been utilized within thirty (30) days of crediting will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
8. Responsible Gaming
64ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Gambling should be entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or causes financial concern, 64ph provides the following tools accessible directly from your account settings:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
- Session time limits with mandatory break notifications
- Loss limits to cap losses within a defined period
- Temporary self-exclusion (7 days to 6 months)
- Permanent self-exclusion (irreversible for a minimum of 5 years)

9. Prohibited Conduct

- Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game environments

- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the 64ph platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of 64ph Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 64ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any 64ph content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 64ph's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
64ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from your use of the platform, game outcomes, or any interruption to services caused by circumstances beyond 64ph's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or regulatory actions.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk, that outcomes in casino games and sports betting are not guaranteed, and that 64ph does not guarantee any return on amounts wagered. Play responsibly within your means.
12. Suspension & Termination
64ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms
- The player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period
- Suspicious activity inconsistent with genuine gambling is detected on the account
- 64ph is required to take action by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority
- The player is found to be under 21 years of age
Upon account closure for cause, 64ph may, at its discretion, void any pending bets and withhold any balance pending investigation. Verified balances free of any associated breach will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following the completion of any investigation.
13. Amendments to These Terms
64ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 64ph will provide notice via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 64ph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
